IMPORTANT NOTES You must be a current AAERT or STAR member to take advantage of the member registration discount. For AAERT members, please check your member dashboard via the link at the top-right corner of the screen and verify that your membership status is "Active" or join via the "Join AAERT" link in the menu above. Attendees registered in the Member, Nonmember, or Student category receive access to all conference sessions and all social events except the Saturday night party, for which tickets must be purchased separately. Spouses and guests attending only for social reasons (not industry-related) may register as Spouse/Guest/Exhibitor, granting access to all social and food & beverage events except the separately ticketed party. Exhibitors bringing extra vendor staff may also register those staff in this category with social and F&B access but no session entry. Party tickets are available for purchase to all attendees. Students and first-year professionals, please email aaert@aaert.org with proof of your status after submitting your registration.

Conference Registration Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while considering the logistical commitments involved in organizing this event.

Cancellation Requests Received:

More than 45 days before the event – Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

15 to 44 days before the event – 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before the event – No refunds will be issued.

Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us at aaert@aaert.org with the new attendee’s name and email address at least 5 days before the event.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refund/credit requests due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
