Exam Appointments, Rescheduling, and No-Shows Candidates who are unable to attend their scheduled exam must reschedule in advance to avoid a no-show fee. Online exams must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In-person exams must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are missed without the required notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $75 no-show fee. The no-show fee must be paid before a new exam appointment can be scheduled. Provided the exam was not launched or started, candidates will not be required to pay an additional exam registration fee and may reschedule once the no-show fee has been paid. Being the authorized cardholder, by completing this registration process, I specifically authorize AAERT to charge my credit card for the exam fee(s). I further understand and agree to accept AAERT’s payment, refund, and dispute policies. I understand that exam fees are non-refundable, and I agree that failure to pass the exam for any reason will not be considered grounds for a refund. In the case of any billing dispute(s), I agree to first contact AAERT directly and to cooperate in good faith to resolve said dispute(s). If a payment is reversed by my card issuer for any reason other than unauthorized card use, I understand that a balance due will remain on my account, and I authorize AAERT to pursue all reasonable means to collect payment. I agree to provide an alternate valid payment method within seven (7) days of receiving notice from AAERT of any reversed payment. I understand that any unresolved balances due on my account may prevent me from being able to register for future AAERT exams, obtain AAERT membership, or carry out any other AAERT transactions in the future.
