Standard Room Rate: $309/night* (plus taxes and fees)
This rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel’s standard destination fee will be waived for guests booking within the official conference room block for the duration of their stay.

Discounted conference rates are available until April 13, 2026 or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. When the block sells out or the cutoff date passes, overnight accommodations will be based on the hotel's current booking rate.

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Because this reservation is part of a limited room block and unused rooms cannot always be resold, cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows may result in a charge equal to the total stay.
Early Departure Policy: Your departure date may be changed without penalty prior to checking in to the hotel. If an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel by check-in of the change in scheduled departure date, the hotel will charge an Early Departure charge of one night's room rate plus tax and service charges.
